I try to make my services more accessible by accepting certain health insurance plans. I am in-network with BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna/Evernorth and will submit claims on your behalf. I am not contracted with other health insurance plans; however, your plan may cover my services if you have out-of-network benefits. If so, I will provide a “superbill” for possible reimbursement.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Does my plan reimburse for out-of-network providers?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
